- The authorization is granted for the purpose of allowing Jagannath Jena to operate the vehicle mentioned above for personal use, including but not limited to commuting, errands, and any other lawful purposes.
- The authorization is valid from 17/04/2024 to 20/04/2024. This period may be extended upon mutual agreement between myself and Jagannath Jena.
- I, Malati Tripathy, the owner of the vehicle, shall maintain valid insurance coverage for the vehicle throughout the duration of this authorization.
- This authorization may be revoked at any time by myself, Malati Tripathy, by providing written notice to Jagannath Jena.
- Jagannath Jena agrees to indemnify and hold harmless myself, Malati Tripathy, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the vehicle during the authorized period.
