- Sc/St candidates : Rs.250/-
Qualification :
- For UDC Posts: Graduation from a recognized university.
- LDC Posts: 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- For Matron Posts: Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board of University.
- For Driver Posts: matriculation from a recognized board.
- For PEM/PTICum-Matron Posts: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed).
